Roll Out the Red Carpet...I'm Getting An Award (or 2)

One of my oldest (when I say old...I just mean that I've known her for a while now...she's not old...she is younger than I am and that means she is very, very young) blogging buddies, Cheryl, gave me an award this week. And...what can I say...the feeling is very mutual Cheryl...I love this woman's scribbilngs! If you don't read Cheryl's blog...stop by sometime. She feels very passionately about things and isn't afraid to say so. She is a great writer and friend and one time when I was having a really hard time, she was awesome enough to send me a book and a CD to cheer me up. I think hers was the first blog I commented on (maybe there was one before that, but I would have done so annonymously) that was written by somebody I didn't know in real life. She's awesome and I really feel very cool to have received this award from her.

Back when I was taking a little break to evaluate my blog...Kristina sent an award my way for me to pass along too. I flatter myself to think that she gave me the award to encourage me not to quit blogging - I mean, who can resist a little bling and the word, "Brillante"? Kristina's blog is a place to go when you want to have a good old laugh-so-hard-it-hurts laugh. I only wish I could be so witty! :)


I went back to check, but don't see any "rules" for this prestigious award...so I'm going to pass it along to a few of my newest bloggy friends (see...old friends...new friends...)

The truth is...if you read this blog...you deserve an award! I know I don't have a lot of readers...but those of you who do come here on a regular basis really make this worth doing for me.
