Sunday Thoughts

I found something through the course of the week that I thought would be the perfect thing to share with you today. I found it over at Lucy's blog, who is apparently almost my neighbor! I was having a fine day until I saw this...it brought such peace into my heart that day...it honestly made my day.

For anyone who might be new to my blog...I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (a Mormon). We believe that Sunday is an important day of worship and reflection - we believe that the Sabbath day is a holy day. And it is in the spirit of worship and reflection that I share this. The person speaking is a member of the leadership of my church, but I really feel that the message is universal. Hope you enjoy it!

Leslie,

That was WONDERFUL! My husband and I are home sick from church today and watched that together. Thank you for a beautiful uplift to what was a grumpy morning!

Isn't this great? Glad you could use it also. It's meant for everybody. I've listened to it several times since I found it sometime last week. I seem to find something else each time I hear it even though it's the same words each time.

Amber - I'm so sorry you are sick! Get better - K?!

Debbie - Thanks so much! I'm so happy you enjoyed that!

Lucy - Yes...it is so great. I love the music that is behind the speech...it is so peaceful and soothing. I shared it with my husband too and it just made all the difference for both of us. Thanks for posting it in the first place!

This was just what i needed to hear today. In fact I was just sitting here telling my husband that i must have issues, because I have been feeling so much frustration lately. This lets you reevaluate what is really important. Thank you
